SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.


Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed, depending on your location.

Adress Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can be made prior to your order being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery address

Shipping Delays

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect addresses. Once your order is handed off to USPS, delivery times are out of our control.

 

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, a USPS tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by USPS. If this happens, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. 


U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
