Return & Refund Policy

At Halos Chain, we pride ourselves on providing quality pieces and great customer service. While we do not accept returns, we do offer refunds or replacements in the event of damaged or defective items.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days has passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@haloschain.com


No Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@haloschain.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo or video of the item and the issue

• Any packaging if damaged


Once we review and approve your claim, we will issue a refund or send out a replacement, depending on product availability.


Important Notes

• Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect address entry by the customer.
